📦 How Much is Shipping?

Singapore Orders
Orders over S$100 ship for free—yay!
For anything below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

International Orders
Shipping fees vary depending on where you're located and will be calculated at checkout.
Just a heads up: customs duties and import taxes aren't included, and you might be asked to pay those when your order arrives.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure—it's always better to avoid surprises!


🌍 Where Do You Ship?

We ship worldwide!
If your country isn't showing up at checkout, drop us a message—we'll see what we can do.


⏱️ When Will My Order Arrive?

Singapore: Usually takes 3–5 working days.
International: Typically 7–21 working days, depending on where you are.

We ship orders out within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking number once it's on the way.


Can I Pick Up My Order?

If you'd rather pick up your order in person (Singapore), just get in touch to make arrangements.
We'll waive the shipping fee, but do note that pickup times are limited and will depend on our availability.


🔁 Can I Return Something?

Here's how it works:
You've got 7 days from the day your order arrives to return it.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

To start a return:
Email us with your order number and reason for returning.
Once we approve it, we'll send you the return address.
Send the item back using a tracked shipping method (for peace of mind!).

Important to Note:
Return shipping costs and any taxes/duties are on you.
Once we get the item back and check it, we'll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
If the item isn't shipped back within 7 days of approval, the return will be cancelled.


✈️ For Our International Friends

A few important things to know if you're ordering from outside Singapore:
You're responsible for making sure your order can be imported into your country.
You're the importer, which means you'll need to follow your country's rules and regulations. You may be charged customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees when your order arrives. These are not included in your order total and are not refundable.

If you refuse the shipment due to these charges, we won't be able to refund the shipping cost—or the order—once it's been sent out.

Once your package leaves Singapore, we'll do our best to keep it moving, but we can't guarantee delivery if it's held up by customs or local carriers.
